When I first started “going green” I had no idea where I could buy natural products from, besides the small selection in my local natural grocery store and the beauty aisles of Whole Foods. As green beauty is becoming more popular now, there seems to be an increasing number of places to shop for your green beauty fix! Hopefully this post will help out anyone with a growing interest in natural products looking for some reliable places to shop! These are mostly online stores who specialise in natural products, as this is where you’ll usually find the best selections. I prefer shopping online personally as I can take my time checking ingredients and shopping around for the best price! So here’s a few of my favourite shops that I buy from regularly and can highly recommend from my own experience!
LoveLula – An old favourite of mine! The biggest appeal for me when I first started switching to more natural products was their monthly beauty box – a really fun way to sample new products that you might not have thought to try otherwise! You also get a discount code to use on the brands included in each month’s box which is a great bonus. Aside from the beauty box, they have an extensive and ever-growing product selection, free gifts with certain purchases, 3 free samples with orders over £10, a loyalty points system, plus free worldwide delivery – what more could you ask for?!
Naturisimo – This is the first natural online store I ever ordered from! I always go back time and time again as they have an amazing product range. Plus they offer free shipping worldwide, free gifts with purchases over £25 and a decent selection of samples you can order for a small price. If you sign up to their newsletter, they send out some special offers/discounts every now and then too!
abeautifulworld – I’m sure you’ve heard me say before how much I love this store! They specialise in bringing unique high performance products from around the world to the UK market (free delivery over £25) and they also ship internationally too (free over £50). I wouldn’t have discovered some of my favourite brands like The Body Deli and Indie Lee if it wasn’t for abeautifulworld! There’s also a limited edition beauty box released twice per year (next is in October) that’s well worth getting your hands on if you’re quick enough to get one before they sell out!
Lucy Rose – I discovered Lucy Rose sometime last year and have ordered from them several times now. They have a wide selection of brands to cater for varying budgets, particularly at the more affordable price point! They give at least 3 free samples with every order, often have special offers, have a rewards points system, offer free UK delivery on orders over £15 and also ship the rest of the world too. Each time I’ve bought from Lucy Rose I’ve received my order within 2 days and been really happy with their overall service.
Content Beauty – Yet another fantastic place to shop online, and they have a boutique store in London too. Although I’ve only ordered from them twice, I was very impressed with their customer service with free and speedy delivery and perfect packaging. They have a great sample service too where you pay £3 for 4 individual samples of your choice – ideal for patch testing or colour matching makeup before you commit to buying full size. If you love high-end products, this is the place to go!
Have you bought from any of these stores before? Where’s your favourite place to shop green beauty?
