Haircare is probably one of my favourite types of beauty products, more so than skincare even! John Masters Organics is one of those more well-known natural brands that very rarely disappoint! I’ve used a handful of their hair products over the years but this Leave-In Conditioning Mist is a relatively new discovery of mine, included in a Naturisimo Discovery Box a couple of months ago.
I’m always drawn to their sleek packaging designs that always look great on display, although this one is in a plastic bottle instead of my usual preference of glass. The featured ingredients are green tea (rich in antioxidants) & calendula which are soothing for the scalp and help protect the hair from sun damage and the effects of pollution. It also contains broccoli seed oil for reducing frizz and adding shine, along with borage seed oil to to help strengthen and soften the hair.
It’s a really lovely lightweight spray so doesn’t weigh your hair down at all. I love that it can be sprayed over the entire hair, including the roots without leaving and greasy residue. I also think it’s great how it can be used on either damp or dry hair, making it more versatile than some other leave-in conditioner sprays.
I find it particularly helpful for detangling and smoothing down those pesky flyaways! It makes my hair feel much softer than usual and gives a subtle shine too. At £25 for a full size 125ml bottle, it’s at a mid-range price point in comparison to my other favourite leave-in sprays. You definitely get what you pay for with this brand for the high quality organic ingredients. I’m really enjoying using this leave-in mist so will definitely consider a repurchase!
