I’ve been meaning to share my Zoya mini’s collection for a while now, I actually got most of these about 2 months ago! The Zoya Colour Cuties (£5.15) are a limited edition collection featuring a selection of their bestselling Spring shades. They come packaged in super cute little polka dot boxes which I forgot to photograph! Although they are technically Spring polishes, I think some of them can be crossed over to Autumn. I have 5 of these mini nail polishes in total, but I’m only showing 4 of them today as I’ve already shared Zoya’s Happi before in a previous post.
First up there’s Zuza, a really gorgeous ocean turquoise colour with gold and silver metallic shimmer and a foil-like finish. I think it’s such a perfect balance between green and blue – definitely one of my favourites! Even though this shade is originally from Zoya’s Summer 2012 collection, I can easily see myself wearing this all year round!
Next is Pippa, a bright medium lemon shade with a cream finish. Not exactly an appropriate shade for winter (unless you live somewhere exotic!) so I think this will be stored away until next year now, or maybe occasionally used as an accent colour for nail art.
Arizona is a unique shade in my nail polish collection. It’s a softened citrus orange shade with a muted cream finish. Orange is actually one of my favourite colours so I love this one. It’s not overly bright so I can get away with wearing it this Autumn whilst the leaves on the trees start to turn this colour!
Finally there’s Blu, a pale baby blue with a cream finish. It’s a really flattering shade and definitely one for Spring/Summer! Coincidentally I’ve just recently painted my bathroom almost exactly this shade of blue!
I love all of these shades and mini bottles are always good because, let’s be honest, no one ever seems to finish an entire full bottle of nail polish! These polishes are also amazing in consistency and are full-coverage so you can get away with just one coat, but I did use 2 coats in these photos as I had the odd streaky patch.
Do you like these shades? Would you wear any of them over Autumn/Winter?
